Have been viewing house prices on the Lleyn Peninsula, North Wales. one property with a £95,000 drop in price since last summer ,two other homes with a £75,000 drop in price since last week !the latter two close to the honey pot of Abersoch,the EA at Pwllheli told me` the silly money from Cheshire has dried up How can £75,000 be taken off a house in one go ??
