  1. Forget about the Footsie until 2013, come to think of it forget about all Investments until 2013.
  2. These profits have been made from robbing their savers. A disgusting deed that will never been forgotten.
  3. If you read the wording on the licence it explains why you are paying. A licence to drive a vehicle. A licence to fish. A licence to navigate a boat on inland waters. etc, etc, etc.
  4. That`s what my one thought at 33 years of age until I drove him out last February. Now have the chance of a peaceful retirement well deserved. At that age I considered him to be poncing.
  5. Really, I was personally robbed by Ted Heath, Margaret Thatcher, and John Major, only Super Mac dear old Harold left me alone, and next came Gordon Brown who dipped my back pocket.
  6. I estimate your age as being 14 years and 6 months. You really take the biscuit, I would say probably Farley Rusks.
  7. If you had read the posts of our resident Surveyor you may have learnt something, sadly due to all the useless white noise on this Forum he gave up the ghost and no longer posts. Even the radical militants on this Forum in the past had great respect for him. Look up member surveyor for a first class education. Our Resident Surveyor
  8. If Alex Salmon had his way for complete Independence then the matter of HBOS and RBS would have completely Bankrupted them and the English Tax Payer would be expected to bail them out.
  9. Good on you RB, you will be able to buy your 6 bedroom country mansion for one hundred weight of quality coal.
  10. Please remove pointless Gold Ramping posts to off topic.
  11. Most certainly, since I have been watching and listening to Jane Fonda, taking her advice I have knocked 10 years off my looks. Because I`m worth it.
  12. I retired at sixty in 2003 as a partner in a successful company, since then I have been headhunted and offered many well paid jobs. To get out of bed before 9am now is a sufferance for me so reluctantly I had to refuse their kind offers. Started working to earn money when I was 10 years of age through the austerity of the 1950s, so now I require complete rest and peace of mind. Goodnight all I need my sleep, a very busy week ahead cruising on my boat, mooring up at riverside pubs and relaxing with a pint of natural brewed beer, oh how that pint of mild, nectar, as it smoothly runs down my throat.
  13. Expect Suicides' With Recession, Warns 'The Lancet' Nothing new, in past Recessions the same claims were made.
  14. These to Errol are the same as cocaine is to a drug addict. A little boy trying to play with the big boy`s toys, dreaming that he will eventually attain Gold Stardom, but unfortunately the audience will become bored and move on to another Theatre.
  15. Nobody can help those who are beyond help, that shows how irresponsible borrowers have been. How many in trouble have used their property as an ATM machine? the mind boggles.
  16. This thread is like a drug for me, sanity at last where elsewhere sanity is sadly missing.
  17. Most certainly, their earnings from second jobs could then be deducted from their MPs pay (Benefits). If you are on Benefits then any other income you earn will be deducted from those Benefits. As MPs are on Benefits then the same rule should be applied to them.
