  1. To Harold Bishop, Just to put the record straight, Newquay has undergone a massive redevelopment and now has exceptional Air Navigation facilities allowing landings in all weathers including fog! Regards Alfa
  2. Hello all, New to this forum, but frustration with the Cornish market has led me to try and get some answers! I've been looking at the value predictions on mousprice.co.uk and zoopla.co.uk. Their predictions are pretty much bang on for Bristol (where I am currently), but the predictions they give to properties in Cornwall (St Austell area) are up to 22% below what the vendors are asking!!! Does anyone know: are these predictions useless? are cornish home owners deluded and living in cloud cuckoo land? or is it the estate agents who are deluded? I've had my eye on several properties for over a year now, and they have come down by a few percent, but nothing like the UK average - hence they are still "For Sale". It really is frustrating for us potential buyers!
