Well I think you sound a lot like me, although I haven't got as far as you yet. I have offered on a place in the south east. Asking price was 210k and my final offer was 198k. Its a three bed and very nice but now I worry is it too much and should I withdraw. Who knew buying would be so hard. Yours sounds like a very good deal. Nothing like cold feet!
