Well I'd never thought about this, but if people know why it could be a vote winner for the coalition / Lib Dems! My mum came upto me earlier, she was dead chuffed. She said that she thought she'd had a pay rise, but she hadn't! Turns out she had more money because she no longer pays any tax due to the raise in the tax threshold. I told her what had happened and she was well happy! I wonder how many people will be in a similar boat and how many of these will realise why?
