I'm looking to buy in Newtownards. A house has come on to the martket for £360k. I suspect it was about £410k at the top but have no way on knowing. Is there anywhere I can get this info to esnure I don't pay over the odds. I want to pay at 30-40% below the top of the market price. Thanks. Tojo
