Had my eye on a couple in the s/e with sensible guides, both sold within the guides brings it back in line 2002 / 2003 prices, For any one that was attending the auctions in 2009 would have seen / grabbed some bargains if you missed the boat then don't miss it this time 2012 will deff see 2000 / 2001 sold prices Bull or bear Gl

  3. this lot sold back in november 2008 for 145,000 There's an auction tomorrow at http://www.barnardmarcusauctions.co.uk/Current_Auction.html . Look at lot 194 , 214 Gosbrook Road, Caversham, Reading, Berkshire, RG4 estimated ?120,000 . Sold for 145,00 10 november 200 this dont quite add up, sold on november 2008 145,000 now showing as sold in march 2009 for 126,000 ??? now back in auction with a guide of 150,000

  5. thanks people reason i ask is that i put an offer forward to the auction house, the reply that i got from them was, the offer has now ben forwarded to our clients for their consideration although please be aware that from the outset, the executors selling the said property have expressed their commitment to selling the property in the auction room, i would therfore recommend that you prepare yourself to attend the auction in order to bid in the competative enviroment, should my clients instructions change and they indeed consider the offer i will of course contact you immediately what do you make of this. thanks
