  1. Excellent idea; maybe start a new thread devoted to this?
  2. http://www.legalzoom.com/legal-articles/tr...repeatedly.html http://www.ecademy.com/node.php?id=91518 They are dab hands at this and walking away with all their personal fortunes intact. I refer you to the Anthea Turner/Grant Bovey thread for further reading.
  3. Barbara Follett is a repellant woman, a typical champagne socialist with nothing but contempt for her constituents.
  4. If I hear "within the rules" one more time I may just go postal.
  5. That's as likely as the bankers giving back their bonuses, however much we would like to see it.
  6. Just type something; it will come up at the bottom of your screen. Hit return and Bob's your uncle, or not.
  7. I just wrote something but I think I'm the only one there.
  8. Do you mean like this? http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=h...l%3Den%26sa%3DG I love the guy in the front with the rocket launcher.
  9. I did not understand one word of that. 8well-tone miser sangfroid Hitler plop.
  10. "It does seem a shame that the relief that lower interest rates are supposed to provide are helping big buy-to-let landlords who have over-extended themselves for the sake of an investment - but not aspiring young homeowners like Dawn who just want a modest home of their own." I keep hearing this, but surely BTL mortgages are different? Pleese essplane.
  11. "Adding comments has been disabled for this video." I wonder why.
  12. Stayed in a rented cottage in Devon last year, owned by a local who had about five different cottages. All the local shops and businesses seemed to be thriving, but the place did seem to be full of empty second homes. I think most people wealthy enough to afford a second home down there don't want yucky poor people staying in their nice shiny holiday houses anyway. They might touch things and wee on the floor.
  13. Since I lost my two biggest clients to furrin firms in the Far East, I make a point of buying £4 t-shirts from Tesco, hopefully drenched with the tears and sweat of the seven year olds who made them as I can no longer afford expensive clothes.
  14. I bet most people never declared any income anyway. Bung it in the wife or kid's name and Bob's your uncle!
  15. Only £799 + VAT for a trip to an ex-council house somewhere up North? And in his company? Sounds like a fabulous day out. Does this include lunch?
  16. Spiv alert! If this is the calibre of staff he employs I can't see him surviving.
  17. I don't think the person posting is the real Ajay.
  18. Tell me, or I will thcream and thcream until I am thick!
