Has anyone using this forum had practical experience of trhis type of situation. How can we best progress this issue? Is a combined approach the best option or is approaching the developer on a individual basis the way forward. I am sure that people in the first phases must have some information either on securing finance or on dicussions with the developer. As MB1 suggests we should be able to come to some sort of agreement that is beneficial to both us and the developer. Any updates / suggestions would be greatly appreciated as this is a very serious financial situation for us all. -

Thanks Subby. One bank I have approached will only give 75% on new build apartments! Are there any lenders out there that people know of who will give 90%?
