  1. Oh yes! https://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/london-house-prices-fall-for-first-time-since-2009-recession-a3817051.html
  2. Oh yeah baby: https://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/golden-age-of-booming-london-house-prices-is-over-warns-report-a3673361.html
  3. I've been watching N4 for a few years now - tide definitely turned..then again it's turned everywhere!
  4. Looks like a loss to me: https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/43664921?search_identifier=c50b9a724257dacc61ebc53fb624acb7#0Yc4W03Rp5vt9bRD.97
  5. Once again SocSci/Hums get left out. And before s/o bangs on again about poetry grads pushing coffee, oh hush. A world of engineers will be really boring ... who'll write the porn narratives?
  6. When the Times suggests on the front page that people aren't buying because they fear their investment will turn negative, yes and more yes!
  7. it's already begun: sentiment is everything How many will upsize if they think waiting 12 months will mean saving 10s if not 100s of '000s of £££? FTBs the same. This crash is starting with a whimper. It'll end with a bang.
  8. I disagree Now that the words are out there, panic will set in. Some of those holding on to their properties 'until they get the RIGHT value' will see sense (esp those who saw the last crash) and drop in order to get a sale. And so on to the usual snowball (it always happens - always) BTL investors will pull out in much the same way.
  9. The words 'negative' and 'equity' have finally appeared in the ES http://www.homesandproperty.co.uk/property-news/london-firsttime-buyers-95-per-cent-mortgages-combined-with-slowing-property-prices-increase-a110941.html
  10. You are not allowed show that graph. Under new executive orders from Drumpf, the United States of America military is authorised to invade any country that permits any suggestion on any media platform that the Democrats make better leaders and that Obama may in fact (shhhhh) have been a great president.
  11. Thanks Monkey - still hope to retire (!!!) one day to BeRightOn so v welcome news indeed!
  12. Dear lord that is absolutely huge! The Teamsters were at one time one of the largest and most powerful unions. Of course, come the day of the driverless car, who will be paying into union funds?
