  15. Seems a massive conflict of interest to me , but with the banks being shadow directors of the Gov . they will likely get away with it . Perhaps a consumer boycott ? not the best timimg, as I know from the industry that modular building material costs have gone up ove 35% , perhaps similar for brick built
