  1. Hello, I've been visiting this forum for a few months now and have seen things gathering pace with much more confidence in the reality of a crash. What I can't find is any info from posters on changes in prices in their area. I have virtually ignored the property market for the last 18 months/2 years as everything is way to expensive. However, with changes afoot in the market I have started to study prices again in my area (Chichester) and have found that 1-2 bed flats and 1-2 bed houses have dropped by around 10 grand in the last 6 months. As prices are definitly heading in the right direction (for me) I will continue to keep a close eye on things. Is anyone else experiencing a similar scenario? Simon
  2. Hello, I have just visited this site for the first time and can tell from the tonethat its very optimistic about a property crash. The only problem is, I can't see how its going to happen. The Economy is strong, interest rates are low as is unemployment - the conditions are just not there for a crash. Don't get me wrong I'm a FTB who has been priced out of the market for at least the last 18 months and I desperate to get a foot on the ladder, so I would like to see a crash as much as the next person, I just can't see how its going to happen. Does anyone have any theories on what will cause the crash to happen. The site doesn't seem to provide any info on this. Simon
