  3. patience, patience there is no such opportunities in teh housing market right now, prices will keep going lower and gorgeous places will keep coming to teh market for less so again , PLZ patience patience

  5. i would stress the short selling argument: id i could go short property now, i would . but unfortunately u cannot borrow your frds house and sell it , can u ? u get my point basically !
  6. which means property will fall same why stocks are moving quicker for 3 main reaosns : 1/market traders are more pragmatic about taking losses so no denial , no feelings 2/short sellers help into quicking up teh process by selling any stock short ( like forcing a landlaord to sell his home at nock down price) 3/shares are much more liquyid than houses ,while teh volume of house sales decreased dramatically, the shares one on teh stock exchange stayed pretty stable try remember you dream flat from last year, divide the price by two and bid there !!! anyone one bidding higher is over paying rite now

  8. deflation means rents going much lower as well as occupencies goes to very low levels !!!! so no, they r doomed anyway their only chance is to try to sell as much as they can now but i doubt they can ! f*** the greedy bastards !
  9. there is a flat rite now selling for 650 the square foot in prime south ken period building not a lower ground close to tube 106 years lease it s unbeleivable !!!! this used to be 1000 the sqft at least. the strange (funny) part is that in teh same building otehr flats are still asking 950 or 1000 . so i asked the foxtons guy why and he didn t have a good answer:) i guess some sellers still in denial mode ! is it a possibility that this flat goes for really cheap and then market recover and other flats will sell for usual prices ??? I doubt it !

  11. this is where u intervene actually: as i said before , are u one of these guys who were desperate the last two years and will be happy to buy and lock the 20% they already made. or u r one of the big relaxed guys like me hehehe
  12. i think the reason why prices are dropping slowly is that there still some people out there showing some decent bids remember just a year ago, there was so many first time buyers with decent cash that could not buy, these guys are jumping now. the smart landlords will sell now and take advantage of these guys while they still around ... once they r done and get the property of their dreams at some dizzy highs then there will be a quick drop, one go !
