Hi, I have rented in the Baltic’s for a number of years. It’s much easy to rent with some basic furniture and most importantly a washing machine in your apartment. (often in bathroom not kitchen) Unfortunately there isn’t Ikea yet, but plenty of furniture shops for you to buy from. Delivery is often charged by distance from shop and per floor of your apartment building.
