I am being Gazundered by first time buyers :angry: . That also means that the two other properties above mine are also being gazundered. I had no choice - due to the £15000 reduction requested - but to request help from above.
I am still in two minds as to whether I swallow my pride and allow this to happen (the two vendors above me have all but committed to keep the chain alive) OR, I tell the first time buyers to hit the road. (conscious i can not swear here - although I seriously want to.)
If I do swallow my pride, does anyone have any devious legal ways at getting back at the first time buyers? For exmaple - a dead rat left in the fridge, remove all the fuses etc
