Most of his 2 beds in Ashford went for about 180k in their peak, wonder what he will get for them now. Loads are empty so he will be able to sell them without a chain. Might make an offer on one, what do you think 50k

I'm not too worried about the amount of properties they own, I'm just angry that I will have to move from one of their properties because they refuse to carry out any repairs. It seems ridiculous to me they they are still not caring if they lose tenants, surely that is not the way to go at the moment.

I know someone who used to manage a supermarket. His trick was to walk around the store and accidentally drop goods into peoples trollies. Most of the time these extras wasn't spotted by the customer, especially couples as each would think the other had wanted the item.

I've had the environment officer around to have a look, he can't do anything because we do have some hot water. Working in Ashford he knows the Wilsons well. My time will be done soon, think I'll just move it will be easier, at least that way I'm not giving them any more of my money.

They are also hated in the village that they live. They have evicted the local scouts from their hut so they can use the land to build a pet cemetery. Think planning permission was refused though as it was next to a school, something they never considered.

I've had the enviromental health officer around, he is writing to the Wilsons. I'm very tempted to post the letters I've received from my penpal Fergus they are pretty funny, it's obvious that he wasn't an English teacher.

Hi all Talking about my favourite people I see. Not keen on giving my own address but I can tell you that SJM Property in Ashford only seem to have Wilson property on their books. When I asked them if they had and non Wikson 2 bed properties they replied NO.
