As others have said, this is becoming a typical story. All that external extravagance built on nothing but sand, or the moden equivalent of ruinous debt. I'm picking up different stories at work of similiar occurances; the family in Cork who turned down a 5M Euro offer for a house a year ago, and now would be willing to accept 3M. Greed has been the source of this crisis.
