  1. I've been reading all these doom and gloom house price crash posts of yours. I'm really sorry to be the one to tell you but theres no price crash on the way. Most of you are obviously bitter and twisted as you live in a bedsit. Now listen, your not going to buy a 200 grand house in your budget of 40 grand. Not now or ever. Go out tonight to your local Weatherspoons. Pick up either a chav or a chavette. Sleep with him/her and have a baby next year. Jack your job in, sign on the dole and you now have a council flat on the 150th floor of a highrise. There you go. All sorted. Good luck with the bingo.

  3. What would this bloke know? He only works in property all and everyday. I'd rather take his word than one of you lot. After all, washing off cars at Pedro's car wash or wherever you are employed doesn't convince me you know what your on. Have any of you ever thought about getting a fat chav pregnant and going on the council waiting list?
  4. Haha what a stupid thread fuelled by fools. I went to our local Estate agent this morning and looked in the window for you. Errrr no reductions sorry and loads of sales. You might get a 2 bed terraced in Wales cheap but London or Kent? Nah forget it. Keep talking it up. You'll still be in the wings on the housing market 10 years from now. House go up not down. Stick to that simple rule and this time next year you'll be a millionaire.
  5. Yes I accept there is a bit of a wobble at the moment. Mainly the really overpriced 2 bed flats for yuppies they built near town centre rivers. They are overpriced and nobody fancies buy to let now. Give it 6 months and it will all be over. Houses will go up again. All this is speculation. If you believe it fine. I bet you bought endowment mortgages, pensions and ISA's when you read it was a good idea in the Sun as well. Buy now if you can. They might be 5% off and it's your only chance.
  6. I have to laugh at some of the posters on this site. You ought to work for the Sun. It doesn't make me happy and please don't think I'm gloating but it's so obvious most of you are stuck in dingy bedsits hoping house prices crash 80% and you'll get on the ladder. Thing is, you'd all talk up how house prices are on the rise again if you owned one. Get a grip. Houses might go down 5% while the credit crunch is in the news. Maybe they won't go up anymore but trust me you won't be finding any of the really decent homes going cheap. I live in a Kent village and the prices are really high now. I'm selling a 2 bed semi and had an offer 10 grand under the asking price this week. I turned it down. There is confidence for you. All that's happening now is people hoping/talking the big crash up. It won't happen. Just marry somebody fat and rich. It's your only hope.
