  1. this is great news. this is stage one of the developers aggressively cutting to clear out inventory. this should have knock on effects over the next 6 months as more developers break ranks and cut inventory. unfortunately im commited to buying in BT9 so we will probably be last to feel the ripple effect! timbeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeer

Hi Yeah I will be taking Virgin broadband and I may also need a SDSL line for my Stockmarket Trading from home (link to London through a VPN) something like 'Option 3 SDSL Premium' http://www.creativeonlinemedia.com/services/index.html What I am asking is does anyone know if a rented an apartment would have any problems getting an SDSL line?
  8. Hi - just an update Girlfriend has been flat rental hunting for the last month. In line with what Muffy has stated on the NI forums rents do seem to have risen, a really nice 2 bed apartment built a year ago in desirable street in BT9 will be around £700 to rent. Nothing hurts more than giving so much away in rent so here is hoping the prices get falling in the next 18 months so this is the last place I have to rent!!   10. according to hometrack in Mainland Uk house prices are selling on average 89/90% of asking
  11. apartments doesnt add up - probably a mix of all factors mentioned plus big deals all going through - eg titanic / victoria square Belfast - up 3.3% - Templeton Robinson etc will be using this to justify their stance on refusl to lower asking price / refusal to accept you should be offering below asking in Belfast
  12. if an ounce of gold is $3000 in 5 years it will buy you exactly what an ounce buys you now - a tailor made suit , very nice shoes and a nice tie. Just as an ounce of gold would of bought a Roman a tailor made toga and sandals
