  3. Remeber that house now. It is very close the main rail link which you can hear when trains pass.

  5. My friend sold his van for £100 it was valued £2000 last year. He had to beg the shop to take it, as he just did not want to see the van after selling his shop (still make good profit) and tax is running out.

    Landowner In Denial

    I think the landowner is right, he is holding out for price to recover but did not tell you how long for might be 10years or 50 years who know. Roger
  9. Longest STC on right move I have seen is about 12 months. As far as I know the same house has been to many agents during that 12 months. Roger
