My mate had a 1 bed flat in Luton 1 of the new builds in villa rd (was 1 of the better constructed new build blocks i've seen). He sold it 2 years ago He struggled to get 525 for it. Can only imagine what they are going for now as the amount of new builds going up, gone up is crazy.

Good luck if I were you I would keep onto the property here as said below being a foreigner in Thailand is not as easy as you think. BTW you are lucky to be getting the same wages as here usually English Teachers get a fairly basic.

Why would anyone do this, If you can sell them now and then do at a tidy profit wait for the prices to drop and when the prices bottom out and with the profit buy some more
