the 90 k one was the half built bungalow on the coast rd i think i would have thought that if there were no major undisclosed probs this would have been a good buy for someone prepared to get their hands dirty another 40-50k could leave this a very nice wee 4 bed detached on the coast rd is 130-140k too much for that? from the pics the site looked small one for SS then rock on!

was diverted this morning onto a backroad in the bible belt came across a very nice storey and a half for sale just beside was a picturesque cottage with roses etc just one possible wee problem at the gate of the cottage was a sign Lambeg cottage complete with drummer image! what more could one want sitting on a summers evening glass of wine, lovely garden and the aul traditional rythm rocking your socks off! for those blowins who might not have had a chance to appreciate the dunner of the goat being slapped rock on!
