  1. Yet more East Dulwich madness: For £525K of your hard earned money you can get this 47 sq. m flat. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-45205484.html or how about a mere £925K for a 85 sq. m terrace with a courtyard garden? http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-45205487.html
  2. I reckon they've sent the Saturday morning boy round to value it and told him to 'stick it on under the stamp duty threshold'. Only they meant 250K not 500K!
  3. It's not East Dulwich, it's not pretty and the only thing 'breath-taking' about this place is the price. http://www.rightmove...y-44495600.html
  4. http://www.rightmove...y-40083400.html SSTC. Madness.
  5. This is now SSTC: http://www.rightmove...y-35286013.html It's not been on for that long, so has probably gone under offer at +300K. This area between East Dulwich and the 'new' overground links (Peckham Rye / Denmark Hill) seems to have gone particularly crazy in the last 3 months. Have a look at some of these other gems. http://www.rightmove...y-38563000.html http://www.rightmove...y-24857448.html In the first half of 2011, there were pretty decent looking terraced houses on some of these roads at between 350 to 400.
  6. Again, not East Dulwich. I think this £70K over what this might sell for. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-35286013.html
  7. Click on 'Street View'. That should answer your question.
  8. Are these meant to be links to the same property? http://www.rightmove...y-40643678.html http://www.rightmove...y-40833785.html
  9. Not exactly East Dulwich though!
  10. The first house has been on the market for months! Anything decent around here goes in a matter of days.
  11. Expect to see the whole “SIPPS and residential property” option back on the agenda soon.
  12. Cold at night ? Just turn the cooker on .... http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-109...t=buy&ep=via_sl
  13. Dublin must be one of the most expensive cities in Europe. 5 Euros for a pint of Guinness! How does anyone have any money left to spend on overpriced housing?
