  5. I was told that Roedean only survives because of it's pupils from overseas. P.S. I also had an eBay bad debt from a pupil at Eton.
  6. A situation I envisage is that residual debt will be sold on to debt collection companies for say 25p in the pound. They will sit on it for 10 years before they start chasing and The Statute of Limitations kicks in. The only way out is Bankruptcy. P.S. This is happening with old style student loans.

  10. Did a drive by following your post. Looks even more derelict than it did when sold at the height of the boom. From what I could see the fire damaged part of the roof timbers at the rear and I was going to take a pic, but roofers were removing tiles at the time.

  17. Rightmove currently have 261 £1m+ properties listed in Poole, almost all located in Sandbanks. Even more astonishing is that according to Rightmove no less than 45 of them were listed in the last 24 hours!
