Halifax: Jan -0.6% MoM ...

Halifax: Annual house price growth slows to 2.2%

and now says December was -0.8% MoM ...

It's interesting to see that average house prices have been about five times the average salary for the past ten years. That makes it pretty clear that the whole bubble is underpinned by looser lending practices.
