This changes the narrative for estate agents. Up until recently the selling point was, 'we are better, we can achive a higher price.' Now the selling point will change to, we beleive we could get the highest price, but in this market the valuers will down value, therefore we need to market this at a realsitic price and we will get you a choice of the best buyers.' Once they all start doing this it doesnt take Einstein to realise that the tanker has turned round.
