To illustrate my point
The Sun: Cheerfully ignoring possible house price falls
I did a quick search on "house prices" at The Sun website and drew, frankly a load of ramping, only one or two articles in the most recent ten even suggest that prices might possibly fall, just a little bit. Maybe Sumgdog and Greenbay are Sun readers?

Thankyou im flattered to get a mention after all this time i must have made a lasting impression.
I guess you will also note i have been correct in what i said many years ago in regard to government intervention and how you have all been naive in reflecting on historical charts and data, as a brainwashed student would and how you guys on here have too.
That fact is the governments have intervened and will continue to do so until the housing market is less fragile and can defend on its own for a while, you all seem to not understand how important the housing market is to the economy and banks which has recently become apparent.
Im sure if you were all honest with yourselves, you would have wished you had listen to the likes of me and slumdog many moons ago.
