Paul, it doesn't happen very often.
Especially chucklesome is the fact that The Telegraph - the most Home-Owner-Ist paper of all (except Edmund Conway, who rocks) printed this one.

According to the article:
In the UK, 16pc said they intended to pass on significant wealth to their children, 44pc said they had no intention and the remainder said they were unsure
So in other words, 84% said that they either wouldn't or would think twice about passing on their ill-gotten wealth. Like I said, thieves really don't give up their booty willingly!!
