They're doing it wrong. There's no need for legal title to change hands, that just makes things worse. The cleverest thing that any government can do is introduce LVT.

You won't find that kind of xenophobia (spelling ?) here in the uk.
We'll let anyone f**k us over & bail them out for it as well. And probividing it gains us 'one up' on our neighbour, we'll sell to anyone & have no rules restricting us from doing so.

It's coming sooner than most think. Fasting will do good for some, It may even envoke what being a human should be all about.
