Cool, just going out to buy some rat poison

Yahoo / telegraph: Binmen threaten to strike, raising spectre of another Winter of Discontent

Millions of homeowners across the UK could have their bin and recycling collections disrupted after unions threatened to ballot bin workers over strike action.
The GMB union raised the prospect of the first national bin strike since the Winter of Discontent in 1978/79, when uncollected sacks of rubbish piled up in streets.

Make sure it contains the traditional ingredient of 'sodium flouride' just to make sure they die with good teeth.

With bin collections only every two weeks, I'm not sure notice the difference this time round!

What do any of these morons threatening to strike hope to achieve. Cuts are a NECESSITY.

Its a bit like players complaining to the ref in a football match once a player has been booked or sent off. Have you ever seen a ref change his mind.

Complete waste of time.

And which one of the parties will be banged up for not playing ball.

They have a holiday on you and you have one on them. I suspect yours to be a little colder and longer though.

Welcome to the coalition of fairness.

Our binmen don't work for the council, it's been put out to tender for years now. If a few more more council functions went this way we might actually get something useful done by the council.
