FT: Prime property prices fell in August
Prime platinum properties. Bet you've never heard that expression before. Where would we be without the EAs creativity? Still in the base metal ages? Let's hope the housing alchemists have had their day.

"Prime" is one of the words like "Premium"
Roughly translated it means OVER PRICED.
