We sold 18 months ago and have been renting since. We have added Property Bee to our browser (will only work with Firefox - far better the IE in my opinion!) - which attaches itself to Rightmove or Primelocation. Agents hate it because it monitors everything, and I mean everything about a property - detail changes, dates, sales falling through, and most importantly, price changes! When we speak to agents, we know as much as them and boy to they get upset! I would urge everyone to download PB. Some agents in our area who are aware of PB, take property off and put it back on again to give the impression it has only just come on to the market but, PB runs a spreadsheet in one of the options and sorry EA's, it remembers everything! Best of all, its free and virus free too! - no, I don't work for them either!
