Following on from Yesterday's EXPRESS Headline...

EXPRESS: HOUSE PRICES TO SOAR AGAIN

....I thought it was about time we had a little giggle at the previous track record of CEBR and the Express.
This was only 6 months before the first crash. I particularly enjoyed this bit "The Centre for Economics and Business Research said that, despite three interest rate rises, the property boom will continue in 2007 – and for the next three years. They are estimating that the average price of a house will go up from £187,000 today to £225,000 in 2010."
So the doom-mongers are wrong now are they? Is it 'different this time'? We'll see...

Fair's fair. I've been predicting an almight crash for years (i.e. down at least 30% or 40%) and that hasn't happened yet either.
