Who me? Their LVT will be the same whatever they burn down or build on that site.

Out of interest, what is the highest storey from which the fire brigade can rescue people? Whatever it is, I don;t think we should be building higher than that.

Do you mean with ladders or with breathing apparatus from inside the building. If the former then it's probably not that high, but if the latter presumably the only limiting factor is how long the air lasts compared to how long it takes a fireman to climb the stairs and then walk back down carrying a victim. I'm guessing these air tanks last quite a long time??
