Ten years with no house price inflation

Making money, be it in property or in the wider economy, should require effort. The results will be painful for some who will shriek like a child whose dummy has been removed but I expect that society as a whole will be better off as a result.

As one bubble deflates, another builds. I sense the herd are looking at commodities these days.
Attention is surely moving away from house buying, for now...Gold gained for a third straight week, hitting a record at $1,251.20 on fears the euro zone's sovereign debt crisis may spread.
