More investor greed to destroy the UK

So, the new government has saved 9Bn - well done people. Let's wipe that out and some more before the oiks get any benefit.

This Lloyds Action Now 'Shareholder Action Group' is little more than a amateurish scam. Their website's FAQ [pdf] is a joke.

- They are charging £250 (+ 3p per share) for shareholders to register with them, which is non-refundable even if they decide not to go ahead with the case. "To save costs we will not post you a receipt or invoice."
- They will not reveal the grounds for their proposed lawsuit ("because the defendants might be reading this") leaving you with no way to assess the merits of the case. They say because there is a new government they are more likely to get a mediated settlement
- They provide no postal address or phone number, saying they will only communicate by internet or SMS, "to save money" - a classic sign of a fly-by-night scam operation.
- They require you to sign Power of Attorney over to them (no, really!)

Bunch of jokers.

LP, I agree, jokers.

IANAL but I seriously doubt this would get the claimants anywhere anyway.
