Wishful thinking from Credit Suisse:

Assets prices (housing) are not as overvalued as they were prior to historical deflationary events (e.g. Japan in the early 1990s)

For the bonuses Credit Suisse pays out we understand why assets (housing) are not as overvalued.

The fact that the assets are no longer getting inflated by money creation is a partial victory for the younger generations and I hope that the young from today will remember what sort of business asset inflation really means and they will not do the same to their children.
