Wilson's start reducing prices?
Connells: Website
I have noticed in the last two months the average offer price for a 'Fergus Wilson' style two bedroom starter home in the Park Farm area of Ashford has gone from about 180,000 (fixed price) to about 160,000. Fergus is or course releasing about 1 property a week in this area (and Connells is his favourite estate agent.)

Poor Mr & Mrs (aren't we clever) Wilson.
Well hopefully they will be soon. (poor not clever)
I reckon about about £120k tops for a 2 bed home that area. And I'm serious about that price.
But as they say, when they owe as much as they do it's the banks that have a problem.
I wonder who in that area would actually want to give those two any sort of profit on their investment buy buying one of their houses.

Glorious, one or two a week, that'll take them about ten years to shift the whole lot. Prices will be picking up again by then.
