Property tycoon keen to admit he is bust

Normally property tycoons are keen to state their wealth, going as far as to appear on TV ramping the market.
However, with a messy divorce it becomes vital to show just how bust you are really. Anyway this seems to be just another of those Schrodinger's Millionaires
