Seriously.... LOL

Why is it always the little guys, not the wise guys?

Interpol needs more power to investigate corrupt politicians when warranted, but that would require a non-corrupt legal system.

Audit the Fed and spill the Bens!

At least the Icelandic authorities are having criminal investigations into the bosses of their failed banks, why haven't we had the same. Fred Goodwin should definitely be in jail. I'm sure Fraudulent Trading or possibly even Theft charges could have been brought against him.

- Seized, maybe? Surely journalists should have a better command of English than me (mine is mediocre at best).

come on , Goodwin is dispicable man but his failing was not criminal as much as a combination of ego and incompetence .

He was well out of his depth in his role at RBS but the checks and balances were not in place to stop him toppling the stack of cards .

The failing is regulatory , the purchase of ABM AMRO should have been blocked by UK authorities . RBS shareholders should have held him to account but didn't . Non-exec shareholders and accounting staff failed to act either .

The people who really need to go to jail won't even end up in court . All we are going to get given as scapegoats to distract us from the bigger issues .
