Express: BANKERS' BONUSES SOAR TO ‘SICKENING' £7BN
I rarely agree with trade union views but I have to agree with Brendan Barber on this.

When will government and the FSA realise that these fraudsters are creating fictional money (on paper only), and actually syphoning off 'real' money?????
Greedy F@#kers.
When the time cometh, those reponsible should be made to pay it back with interest, and made to do community service for the rest of their unwworthy lives, supporting all those who have suffered. And those that allowed it to happen, Gordon Brown and Co, Mervyn King and Co, and all those in senior positions at the FSA over the last decade, should be stripped of any title, pension and be made to walk teh steets naked until their feet bleed. Humiliation is not enough. Any more ideas???
From the FSA web-site:-
'The FSA was set up by government. The government is responsible for the overall scope of our regulatory activities and powers.
We regulates most financial services markets, exchanges and firms. We set the standards that they must meet and can take action against firms if they fail to meet the required standards.'
What standard???
What actions???
As Nick Clegg would say - You've talked the talk - Now walk the walk.

The City = Glorified gamblers and parasites that do nothing worth while for society. And lets not forget that a few are on this site - pretending to be concerned with the priced-out generation.
As for the Express they are a bunch of hypocrites who generally suck up to these parasites and get people rattled with their deliberate attention-seeking headlines.
The moral of the story - see-through the fog. Have your own views and don't expect people to agree with you. Replace negatives with positives. Lead a simple, clean and fun life. Get out in the fresh air and enjoy the spring sunshine.

Mr G, the bank bail outs and resulting bankers' bonuses are one of the areas where the proper socialists and proper libertarians can agree wholeheartedly, I noticed this two years ago when chatting to somebody selling the Socialist Worker newspaper.
This is one of the most obvious symptoms of the distortions caused by Home-Owner-Ism, of course, but those gambling on ever rising house prices need the 'greedy bankers' to take the blame, while simultaneously railing against the banks for 'starving first time buyers of an opportunity to get on the ladder'.

Why is it only the government that seems surprised by this?
