Is cluster house the new mews?
Rightmove: 1 bedroom cluster house for sale
can anyone shed light on "cluster house"

I believe there are four houses in one building, like four quarters of a square. Therefore it's not really semi detached as you have houses attached behind you and to one side and a line of bricks of the third neighbour filling the opposite quarter to yourself. I think that's wht they describe it as terraced also.

It's a sort of back to back. (4 houses stuck together in a square, each one being a corner house)

There have been some near here for about twenty years. In that case it is four in a cross shape.
I once went to look at a modern place which appeared surprisingly big from the front. Then I realised it was
only about 10 feet deep as it backed on to another house

Having looked at the Rightmove site and this particular property I assumed it was a hamster house and that the typist was dyslexic

From the p.doff description parts of Spain is smothered with them. Often, though, they are apartments so have eight to a block. Nothing else to do in the future other than bring in the bulldozer.
