Thanks for posting shipbuilder. Wonder how many people in banking/regulating realised what was going on but felt that speaking up would harm their careers?

From conversations I have had over the last 2 years or so most knew what was going on and chose to keep quiet as career choices outside the industry are limited and you will find yourself quickly in that position if you make too much noise about the subject! However the subject is talked about quite widely outside working circles off the record.
