Spending cuts to hit northeast and Wales: Times
LARGE areas of Britain are now so dependent on public spending that they face economic collapse when the next government introduces cuts, according to a report to be published tomorrow.

from what I have heard through the grapevine Cheshire and North Wales are both going to be pretty hard by cuts.. Karma to all those planning officers...lol
