Bankers do not return to their old bad habits: they kept it all along. In economic sense the financial crisis did not happen. What we call "financial crisis" is actually "the largest heist in history". It is a massive fraud organised by some financiers and bankers (with support of the rest of them and also of regulators and some politicians.
