Not sure Dave will produce more of an uptick than Broon - the Cons are more adamant that structural spending cut will appear sooner, and probably deeper too. That would imply an increase in unemployment.....although the city's natural enthusiasm will probably mean an index climb and ephemeral 'feel good' factor.
