BBC News: Hella number: scientists call for new word for 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
Scientists are lobbying for a new word to help them describe numbers larger than 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, amid concerns that the current system of units is insufficient.

Got to modulate at some point, why not now?
i.e: 1 KiloYotta.
:o)
(That would make 1 YottaYotta = 10**48 and a few less petitions.)

Abandoning the British billion (1,000,000, squared) in favour of the American version was bound to speed up the advent of this problem.

Can I suggest a 'Banka'
Multiply it by 10 and you arrive at a 'MerchantBanka'
Quite appropriate really

Couldn't they just reduce the budget deficit? Then we wouldn't need to keep thinking on names for previously unheard of big numbers.

Star Wars already his this number covered. Listen to the ransom demand from Princess Leia in disguise here:

Are these high numbers needed to describe national debt?

Of course there is always the Googol, which is 10 to the power of 100, useful for measuring
prices in Zimbawee and future UK government debts.
