Reuters: Police arrest former irish bank boss
I really hope they come for hbos and rbs directors......HBOS bad loans are over £200 billion lent often without security
probably on the golf course.....at least nick leeson did some time and he was only down £250 million went he did a runner...now its a weeks bad loan write-offs

HBOS are an absolute disgrace.
From being a pillar of the mutual movement in the shape of Halifax Building Society this organisation has degenerated to into no more than a group of snake oil salesmen and spivs.
To think that in 1972, my wife and I were refused a mortgage of £3900 by the Halifax because we didn't earn enough and this despite having saved with them for a deposit yet HBOS now has bad loans lent without security.
