Love Money: No need to worry about inflation
It’s a good news day! Today’s inflation numbers were pleasing. The Office of National Statistics said this morning that consumer prices rose 3% during the year to February – that’s a bit lower than the consensus forecast at 3.1%. What’s more, it’s a healthy fall from January’s figure of 3.5%.
Absolute tosh!

Perhaps they could have qualified the article but pointing out the contribution of direct and indirect taxes to the current inflation figures. Yes, there is inflation and something is causing it, the government.

I take it petrol isn't included then? Nearly 1.20 where I am in sw london.
Still why are we surprised by these figures as we know they're all lies, as usual!

No Layers, petrol is not included neither is anything else that will make the books look bad before the general election!
