I didn't use that phrase, it is copied and pasted from the article.

This is Money: 'UK economy must face new world order'

As discussed previously, the New World Order is a catch all phrase for global legalization and regulation of fraudulent financial instruments designed to fund government and corporate monopolies. It includes mechanisms to bailout institutions that go bankrupt and to bail out sovereign nations that are about to default on debt. "The British economy will never be the same again and boardrooms are refusing to accept the reality: that is the stark warning that came from a panel of experts today." (What experts, who elected them to rule the world?). "It accused business leaders of being 'blinkered' and complacent in the face of what promises to be a new economic order." (i.e. some managers actually believe in a rule of law and like free markets, these are the Clingons, apparently).

Since when in the last sixty years has Britain really faced up to any new world order?
This is the essential fact of our recent history.

Recent news items on this subject. I could have made this reply limitless. So, Icarus, put this in your pip and smoke it. I did not make up this phrase, and talking points / buzz words, like this do not prop up so much in articles and political speeches without reason. What these buzz words do is represent policy items for those in the know. If you close your mind to them, you will not be able to fully analyze the news.

Independent: "Welcome to the New World Order Where Business owns goverments and you will just have to like it"

- Mirror: "Recession triggers a 'new world order', report warns"
- 4 Hoteliers: "A new world order - Asia rising"
- New York Times: "One Year Down, a Presidency Yet to Go: Bush Faces the New World Order"
- Jarkarta Globe "Green Growth and a New World Order"

Debtfree. Americans are easily manipulated by the establishment using fear tactics. In the 1960s they were whipped into a frenzy by the 'Reds under the beds' campaign. Phil is only carrying on the good 'ole bogeyman tradition. I suspect he is either a yank, or is yank influenced.

Actually, debt free, I want to empower people. Knowledge will set you free. Sure, it is hard to deal with, but once you get over that and grow up then you understand that you have to do something in your local community to wake up other people, resist the trend and engage in non-cooperation with the system. If only some of you buy some gold, that will help, because, through fractional reserve banking, every pound taken out of the big corporate banks takes hundreds of pounds from the corporate sector, and increases the value of everybody's savings's and income.

And, Debt Free, am I a kook for being able to read and identify talking points and buzz words?! I do have an American girlfriend, but ironically, I got into this before I met her. The thing is, that I find that there are American's who tell more truth and are more focused and making more sense that many folk over here. Something tells me this could be something to do with their founding fathers and a Constitution that is supposed to guarantee inalienable rights like free speech, so, American's have greater expectations, and, maybe they have some war like tendencies, possibly a memory of what the British once were, that is, for some, being mis-directed against boogeymen overseas, but for some, is correctly placed in protecting personal liberties, family and the community.

freemanphil you are entitled to your views like the next person. Where it becomes tiring is this "Actually, debt free, I want to empower people. Knowledge will set you free. When I was growing up I had a christian guy on my street try to "wake me up" as well, turned me off Christianity for life!

I have come to the conclusion that Freemenphil and the Cruchy are led by paid agents of SIS and CIA. Simple, angry white men who have had their anger deflected from the real problems of society. I am sure Alex Jones is paid to obfuscate the real conspiracies of the world with the crazy NWO stuff by the CIA.

If you look on news sites and youtube comments its full of angry, loony right wing libertarians banging on about if only the government would disappear then the world would be wonderful. It would not - it would be a human disaster on an unimaginable scale.

The real conspiracy of the UK and USA secret services has been the systematic discrediting and undermining of every moderate, left leaning democratic country and political party in the western world. Read some real history books by unbiased, academically rigorous authors, and you will find out all the dirty tricks that have been used to make sure right wing, pro oligarchic parties are in charge.

This includes the present Labour Government who have been utterly subverted to protect the assets of the rich against the redistributive principles the real labour party stands for.

One great book to read is Legacy of Ashes: The History of the CIA ISBN-10: 1846140463 which is based on actual CIA records - it records the real conspiracies by examining official CIA and white house records that have been released. Nothing loony, but actual documented reports, recordings and minutes of meetings etc.

The truth is bad enough without adding loony NWO speculation stuff to it.

Number crunchers last post here makes about as much sense to me as the care bears. I think he's being sarcastic, but there are die hard fuddy duddy spineless sap socialists in here, so I can't tell...?

"conspiracies of the world with the crazy NWO stuff" -- see definition of NWO below.
"if only the government would disappear then the world would be wonderful. It would not " -- no, not wonderful, but free, currently neither.
" the present Labour Government who have been utterly subverted to protect the assets of the rich against the redistributive principles the real labour party stands for." -- 'cos no socialist is more equal than others?

I think the first problem with this NWO stuff is the ambiguous usage - historically loony, describing an organization, currently actual politics describing an economic and political environment. Politicians talk about it quite openly these days, so I'm not sure why people get excited about it. Stuck in their ways?

Will all due respect, there is knowledge and then there is manipulation of words to suit your own agenda.

You are entitled to your opinion and fair enough, but it's so in ya face and old hat, almost bible bashing.

Try adding some humour to your knowledge and lighten up a bit.

FMP 4 - so that's your "proof" is it? I take it you're not a member of the legal profession then. You talk about the closed minds of others but your response to any mention of NWO is positively Pavlovian. Yes there's a lot going on in the background and there are a lot of people getting rich through influencing governments and being power brokers but I think you can get a better handle on this by looking at how Wall Street has operated over the past 10-20 years than by imagining there is an old Illuminati plot that's coming to fruition.

The only unbelievable thing about "New World Order" is that politicians dared to use the term considering its historic association. I would sooner have expected "Universal Era of Harmony".
